Palma Ratio

Quebec ranked third out of 12 jurisdictions according to the latest common year of data in 2017-2018. Economic inequalities measured by the Palma index remained stable or slightly decreased for the majority of jurisdictions studied. However, Finland experienced an increase in this index over the period studied. Quebec has the second lowest ratio among all jurisdictions.
