Quality of Childcare Services

The quality of child care services significantly impacts children's development. Measuring the impact of implementing quality child care would be a key factor in promoting children's development and the well-being of parents and the community as a whole. However, while the literature defines what constitutes high-quality child care, as yet, no indicator exists to document this priority issue for Québec society.
