Proportion of the Population Aged 25 and Over Having at Least a High School Diploma
In 2020, Quebec ranked 7th out of 11 jurisdictions based on the latest common year of data. The proportion of individuals aged 25 and older with at least a high school diploma follows two different trends. In the first group of jurisdictions, including Quebec, Ontario, Canada, Italy, the United States, Iceland, and New Zealand, an upward trend is observed over the studied period. The second group of jurisdictions, including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Finland, experiences a downward trend. Quebec has undergone a continuous upward trend from 1990 to 2022.
