Labour Productivity

Quebec ranked 11th out of 12 jurisdictions in the latest common year data in 2022 in terms of labor productivity. Labor productivity is typically obtained by dividing GDP per hours worked. However, for comparative purposes, an index has been created with Quebec as the reference year for 2022. The observed trend over the entire period studied trends upward. Although Quebec also experiences an upward trend, it remains one of the jurisdictions with the lowest labor productivity.
