Crime Severity Index

In Québec, we observed a decrease of just under 53 percentage points in the index. In Ontario, there is a decrease of just over 42 percentage points in the index. In Canada, there is a decrease of just under 41 percentage points in the index. Therefore, Quebec has experienced the most significant decrease among the three studied jurisdictions. Additionally, in 2022, all three jurisdictions saw an increase in this index.
